    Description

    We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Consultant at Toast

    Toast is focused on providing an all-in-one restaurant platform to help restaurants manage their operations, enhance sales, engage guests, and ensure employee satisfaction. In these challenging times, we are dedicated to supporting our customers by offering technology, resources, and a sense of community.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage project and customer relationships post-booking by Sales.
    • Work with multiple brands simultaneously to drive customers through the onboarding process effectively.
    • Create and execute detailed rollout plans in partnership with customers.
    • Ensure timely implementation and scheduling of installation dates.
    • Provide post-live relationship management support.
    • Act as a Toast expert, utilizing all resources to find solutions for customers.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in project management or implementation.
    • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and influencing skills.
    • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
    • Proven track record of managing customer relationships effectively.

    Nice to Haves:

    • Experience in the technology industry.
    • Knowledge or experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
    • Previous project management or POS systems experience.
    • Background in start-up environments or CRM.
    • Familiarity with training & development and integrations/partnerships.
