    About the Job: Customer Onboarding Consultant

    Toast is dedicated to creating a complete restaurant platform to support restaurants in running their operations, boosting sales, engaging guests, and ensuring employee satisfaction.

    The Customer Onboarding Consultant plays a crucial role as the main contact for customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and setting them up for success.

    More About this Role (Responsibilities):

    - Project and Customer Management:

    • Customer Onboarding Consultants will be the key point of contact for customers post-booking.
    • They will manage a book of business with multiple brands, guiding them through their rollout with Toast by creating and executing detailed plans.
    • They will also educate restaurant staff on best practices for daily operations and guest relationships.

    - Implementation Timelines and Scheduling:

    • Ensure installation dates are scheduled and timelines are met for onboarding engagements spanning multiple countries.

    - Post Live Relationship Management:

    • Smooth transition of clients into the post-onboarding phase is key.

    - Be a Toast Expert:

    • Utilize all resources to find solutions and be the go-to person during onboarding.

    Do you have the right ingredients? (Requirements):

    • 3+ years of experience in project management or implementation roles.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and time management skills.
    • Ability to explain technical terms to non-tech savvy customers and manage relationships effectively.

    Special Sauce (Nice to Haves):

    • Technology industry experience, POS systems experience, and training & development experience are advantageous.
    • Prior start-up environment exposure, project management qualification, and CRM experience are desirable.
