    REMOTE DATA RESEARCH & ENTRY SPECIALIST (PART-TIME CONTRACTOR)

    Zonda Urban (ZU) is a market-leading research and advisory firm specializing in the collection and analysis of new multi-family residential development data across. ZU strives to provide a dynamic and team-oriented work environment that allows team-members to learn and gain valuable experience in the residential development industry.

    WHAT WE NEED

    We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, the ability to self-manage and a willingness to learn who is available to work 30 hours per week as a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist (1 Year Contract). This role will assist with a variety of tasks related to the collection and maintenance of new multi-family and rental housing data in ZU's proprietary NHSLive data product. As a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist, you will:

    • Monitor project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban for information releases;
    • Making inquiries via phone to gain information not included in project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban;
    • Input sales data and relevant information received from multiple sources into ZU's proprietary NHSLive data product;
    • Use multiple different tools in order to help verify information accuracy;
    • Monitor all active development permits in relevant cities;
    • Maintain an accurate representation of upcoming multi-family projects and monitor the scheduled launch dates and any changes in the development permit status.

    WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Must be fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal)
    • A candidate who is confident making phone calls and requests for information;
    • Adept with technology, preferably with experience around website development;
    • Organized and resourceful with strong research skills/ abilities and ability to work from home, and a positive attitude;
    • Ability to self-manage your own workload and work effectively independently and in a team environment;
    • Excellent computer skills, including the ability to learn new software quickly, navigate Excel, MS Word, Microsoft paint, Outlook other software packages.

    WHAT WE OFFER

    • Flexible work hours at approximately 30 hours per week at $17-20/hr;

    CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

    Nous recherchons une personne ayant le sens du détail, capable de s'autogérer et désireuse d'apprendre, disponible pour travailler 30 heures par semaine en tant que spécialiste de la recherche et de la saisie de données à distance (contrat d'un an). Le titulaire de ce poste participera à diverses tâches liées à la collecte et à la mise à jour de nouvelles données sur les logements collectifs et locatifs dans le produit de données propriétaire NHSLive de ZU. En tant que spécialiste de la recherche et de la saisie de données à distance, vous devrez:

    • Surveiller les sites web des projets, les documents de planification urbaine et les informations fournies par Zonda Urban en vue de la diffusion d'informations ;
    • Vous vous renseignerez par téléphone pour obtenir des informations qui ne figurent pas sur les sites web des projets, dans les documents d'urbanisme et dans les informations fournies par Zonda Urban ;
    • Saisir les données de vente et les informations pertinentes reçues de sources multiples dans le produit de données propriétaire NHSLive de ZU ;
    • Utiliser plusieurs outils différents afin de vérifier l'exactitude des informations ;
    • Contrôler tous les permis de développement actifs dans les villes concernées ;
    • Maintenir une représentation précise des projets multifamiliaux à venir et surveiller les dates de lancement prévues ainsi que tout changement dans le statut du permis de développement.

    QUI NOUS RECHERCHONS

    • Être parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais (écrit et oral).
    • Un candidat qui a confiance dans les appels téléphoniques et les demandes d'information ;
    • Adepte de la technologie, de préférence avec de l'expérience dans le développement de sites web ;
    • Organisé(e) et débrouillard(e), doté(e) de solides compétences en matière de recherche, capable de travailler à domicile et doté(e) d'une attitude positive ;
    • Capacité à gérer sa propre charge de travail et à travailler efficacement de manière indépendante et dans un environnement d'équipe ;
    • Excellentes compétences informatiques, y compris la capacité d'apprendre rapidement de nouveaux logiciels, de naviguer dans Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Paint, Outlook et d'autres progiciels.
