    Marketing Assistant
    This is NOT a remote position

    Are you someone who wishes their workplace could be like a sports game?

    Do you wish your progress could be dictated by your performance rather than the opinion of
    others?

    Well here at Golden, we are looking for competitive individuals who have a sports-based
    mindset. As part of our team, we will train you through the different areas of our business
    starting with basic sales. Our coaches will create blueprints for your success and guide you in
    achieving your goals. We believe that comfort and growth can never coexist which is why our
    coaches will constantly push your limits and prepare you for success in the different roles you
    will assume.

    Job Responsibilities:

    · Understanding your strengths and weakness by diagnosing yourself through our systems.
    · Teach, mentor, and develop others.
    · Copy and paste the systems we use. We are not looking for innovators we are looking for great
    imitators.
    · Learn how to do sales by interacting with people using our marketing systems.
    · Teach and develop other people in different areas of the business.
    · Secure new customers and provide excellent customer service experiences
    · Speak to large audiences on a daily basis, expanding the client's brand awareness
    · Participate in daily team training and meetings

    We would love to meet you and see if you'd be a good fit for our team. No experience is required. We
    provide hands-on training starting on your first day.
