    Haventree exists to be a catalyst of financial security and upward mobility for Canadians who are underserved by the traditional financial system
    Reporting to the Manager Client Services, the position is responsible for remitting and reconciling property taxes.
    Reconciles and remits property tax payments to appropriate municipalities within defined timelines and with utmost accuracy.
    Providing excellent customer service to clients regarding their tax accounts and any payment adjustment.
    Reviews and analyzes tax accounts with significant deficit/surplus balances that may require tax payment adjustments.
    Action all inquiries related to property taxes.
    Acts to clear tax arrears appropriately and on a timely basis to avoid a tax sale.
    Helps to develop procedures, forms, reports and training materials, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
    Keep up to date on the various property tax legislation and policies.
    Supports cross-departmental mandates and goals, together with originations and finance.
    Strict adherences to all Haventree Bank's business area and AML/ATF policies and procedures.
    The position requires at least three to five years of property tax and mortgage servicing experience.
    Bilingualism in English and French is required.
    You are proficient in Microsoft applications like Word and Excel, comfortable using multiple system platforms simultaneously, and work in a paperless environment
    Comfortable reconciling invoices against accounts.
