    Senior DevOps Solution Architect

    to work in the Toronto, ON office

    We are Infini-T AI, a company of experts working with the most advanced companies in the market.
    Infini-T is looking for talented individuals with experience in DevOps (and related) disciplines, such as:
    Cloud engineering
    Automation engineering
    Platform engineering

    SRE
    Cybernetics

    We're a company of experts in the process of reorienting around cloud-native, holistic, kubernetes solutions.
    Our goals for 2024 is to integrate, expand our know-how, and do projects in the following domains:
    Gitops (ArgoCD)
    Kubernetes native pipelines (Argo Workflows)
    Kubernetes Service brokers (Crossplane, ACK)
    Developer experience , )
    Event automation (Sabilized, metrics-based, autoscaling)
    Observability (eBPF, Open Telemetry)
    SDLC (Gitflow, Semantic Versioning integration into CI systems)

    In addition, Infini-T actively supports customers ranging from small startups to corporate industry-leaders.
    Our team works with a wide variety of technologies, such as:
    Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
    SCM (Github, Bitbucket, Gitlab, Gitea etc)
    CI/CD (Jenkins, ArgoCD, Argo workflows, Github actions, Bitbucket pipelines etc)
    Provisioning (Terraform, eksctl, kubespray, Cloudformation etc)
    Configuration management (Ansible)
    Containers (Docker, Docker compose, Kubernetes, OKD, Openshift etc)
    Build management (Gradle, Conan, npm etc)
    Package management (Artifactory, Sonatype Nexus, Linux packages (RPM, DEB), Dockerfile, Helm, Docker Hub etc)
    Serverless (Function as a service, Object storage, Managed Database, containers & kubernetes)
    Linux servers (Redhat based, Debian based)
    Virtualization (VMware, kvm)
    Internet networking and security (DNS, Certificates)
    Scripting and programming (Groovy, Bash, Python etc)
    Monitoring (Prometheus, Alertmanager, Telegraf, InfluxDB, Grafana, Datadog, etc)
    Logging (Elasticsearch, Logstash, FluentD, Kibana etc)
    Observability (Jaeger)
    Security (Secret management, Linux hardening, Docker hardening, Kubernetes hardening, Auditing)
    Networking (TCP/IP stack, VPN)

    What you'll be doing

    • This is a senior role which will consist of both working towards longterm goals and maintaining current operations.
    The nature of the work will be tailored to fit preference


    We have several archetypes:
    Technical lead (Technology focused, Undertake complex projects)
    Team lead (Process focused, Customer facing, Manage junior members, Manage customer expectations)
    Mentor (Training focused, Instruct junior members, Assure quality)
    Presale (Customer focused, Design/Architect solutions)


    You should apply if :
    You have strong fundamental knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux, and Software Development LifeCycle
    You're passionate about technology in general (Bonus for passion about particular technologies)
    You have a breadth of experiences in the software industry (Incident management, Project management, Architecting and deploying solutions, Defining and implementing processes, Developing tools/software, Maintaining operations, etc)


    Terms of Employment:
    Full-time, permanent
    8 hours a day, 40 hours a week


    Language of Work :
    English


    Wage :
    $70 to $80


    Benefits Package:
    10 days' vacation
    Standard overtime policy

    (a) the employee is entitled to be paid overtime pay for each hour of work performed in the week after the total of 44 hours performed; and
    (b )the overtime pay for each hour referred to in clause (a) is one and a-half times the regular rate that applies to the work performed in that hour
