- Facilitating form completion using tools like DocuSign
- Applying knowledge of legislative, product, and administrative processes
- Collecting and requesting reports related to client portfolio management
- Scheduling meetings between the Advisor and clients
- Validating accuracy of transactions processed by the administrative team
- Building strong relationships with internal partners
- Supporting the Advisor on client investigations and research activities
- Staying updated on changes in legislation and product processes
- You focus on customer needs and engagement
- You think innovatively and work towards business outcomes

- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing financial role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of financial services industry and investment management
- Proficiency in Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Investment Funds in Canada an asset
