    PROGRAM PORTFOLIO LEAD CALGARY – FULL TIME – HYBRID Position ID# 201332THE EMPLOYERLocated downtown Calgary Rapidly growing Canadian P&C insurance company Supportive and collaborate environment with a strong focus on work/life balanceTHE POSITIONProactively and regularly engage with Program partners to maintain positive relationshipsAnalyze and manipulate large dataDevelop, monitor and manage processes to ensure contracts are in complianceDevelop audit structure and perform regular program auditsReview and approve risks that fall outside of DUA authoritiesMonitor program claims including large/complex claimsMUST HAVESMinimum 3 years' experience in program underwriting and portfolio managementMinimum 5 years' experience in commercial underwriting (Property Casualty)CIP designation or working towardsPost Secondary EducationEstablished relationship with mid-large size national brokers and MGA'sCompetent with Microsoft office toolsProven ability to manage broker relationships, including the ability to negotiate and influenceProven track record of effective portfolio managementDemonstrated accountability and reliability in delivering quality and timely resultsCritical thinker with strong attention to detailEnergized and skilled in managing multiple prioritiesHighly organized and proactiveFOR MORE INFORMATION Please reach out to Tanya Slapak at If this role isn't for you, contact us anyway We may have something even betterABOUT SAUCE RECRUITMENTSauce Recruitment Corp.
