    THE POSITIONProactively and regularly engage with Program partners to maintain positive relationshipsAnalyze and manipulate large dataDevelop, monitor and manage processes to ensure contracts are in complianceDevelop audit structure and perform regular program auditsReview and approve risks that fall outside of DUA authoritiesMonitor program claims including large/complex claims

    MUST HAVESMinimum 3 years' experience in program underwriting and portfolio managementMinimum 5 years' experience in commercial underwriting (Property Casualty)CIP designation or working towardsPost Secondary EducationEstablished relationship with mid-large size national brokers and MGA'sCompetent with Microsoft office toolsProven ability to manage broker relationships, including the ability to negotiate and influenceProven track record of effective portfolio managementDemonstrated accountability and reliability in delivering quality and timely resultsCritical thinker with strong attention to detailEnergized and skilled in managing multiple prioritiesHighly organized and proactive
