Description
We have an exciting fixed-term opportunity available for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Newmarket.Reporting directly to the Senior Accountant, this role involves analyzing and assisting in the preparation of timely and accurate assigned accounts.
Your contribution will be essential in accurately reflecting the business performance through financial reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for admin of contracts and fleet management.This position is a fixed-term maternity cover opportunity.
Administration of contracts, fleet management, and forklift management.
Completing daily bank reconciliations for all bank accounts, including posting banking transaction journals and resolving reconciling items promptly.
Conducting AR and AP data cleansing quarterly to ensure ERP system requirements are met and data consistency is maintained.
Managing prepaid cash card for the Tegel Group, including uploading money on prepaid cash cards for various sites, recording uses, and reconciling the account.
Providing support for other finance-related tasks as required.Previous experience in financial or accounts administration support.
Practical experience with computer-based operating systems and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
On-site parking available.
