    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as an Estate Litigation Lawyer at Cambridge LLP, located in Burlington or Toronto, ON.

    The Estate Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for handling all aspects of estate litigation.

    This includes drafting documents, providing legal advice, representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and managing legal issues related to estates.

    Qualifications3+ years of experience as an estate litigation lawyerSuperior communication skills and the ability to work as part of a teamStrong knowledge of estates law, and the relevant legislationExcellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to work independentlyBachelor's degree in Law or Juris Doctor (JD) degreeAdmission to the Bar in OntarioRemunerationsalary based on skill, experience, and year of callbonus, based on performance
