Description

Our Spruce View Farm Centre is looking for a temporary casual Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Term: Temporary contract for approximately 4 months.

Casual: Less than 24 hours/week.

Availability requirements: weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

To provide outstanding customer service,

To Promote Co-op's memberships and benefits,

To be familiar with and adhere to Central Alberta Co-op policies and procedures,

To be familiar with and adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures,

To assist in reducing theft and loss,

To run point-of-sale terminals with accuracy and efficiency,

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail and quality,

Excellent customer service skills and communication,

Organizational and problem-solving skills,

Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changes,

Some heavy lifting is required (up to 50 ,

Must be over the age of 14 (Employment Standards requires a permit to employ a person age 14 or under; therefore, disclosure is required).
