Role Overview: With tremendous growth of the business in the last few years, Olympic is now seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to review the current state of the business and make strategic decisions to elevate the organization as it continues to grow. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a critical senior management position responsible for full oversight of daily operations as well as a responsibility for strategic leadership of Olympic International Sales' management team. The Chief Operating Officer will be accountable for the performance of multiple departments including sales and business operations, technical engineering, and project management. A partner to the CEO, the Chief Operating Officer is also expected to execute the company's vision, implement the strategic management cycle and be an active and visible leader of growth and development throughout the organization.Educational Requirements:
