    The person will be called to conduct analyses, make recommendations and follow or introduce best practices into the internal process.

    Responsible for all collections, customer rebates and claims relating to all major accounts.
    Lead investigation on customer chargeback claims.
    Including monthly reconciliation of customer rebate programs.

    Bachelor's or College degree in Accounting or related field combined with respectively 3 or 5 years of relevant experience.

    Experience in claims processing in the manufacturing or distribution field.
    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
    Knowledge of ERP systems is an asset:

    Bilingualism (French and English) is essential: This is an essential requirement, since in this role you will have to deal with customers, partners and/or foreign subsidiaries on a recurring basis, both orally and in writing.
