    Description

    Overall Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Supervisor, Regulatory and Consumer Affairs the Consumer Affairs Representative is responsible to provide general and technical information relating to the use of Jamieson products to consumers (end product users) of both Jamieson (domestically and internationally), as well as other branded products (ie. Kirkland, Alcon etc.), health care practitioners (including pharmacists, naturopaths, doctors, nurses etc.), and members of the Jamieson team. This is a short term contract, Hybrid opportunity with coming into the office several days a week either Windsor, Ontario or Toronto, Ontario

    Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties

    • Provide product and technical information
    • Maintain a positive relationship with users of our products
    • Maintain and continuously update available product and ingredient literature through on-going research
    • Handle customer enquiries quickly and to the customer's satisfaction
    • lnitiate investigations, keep accurate records and respond quickly to all enquires received o
    • Track trends in consumer enquires and concerns on a quarterly basis and prepare a report
    • Ad hoc report preparation on specific consumer related enquiries
    • Quickly inform and work with relevant internal departments of possible quality issues/concerns which must be addressed/resolved
    • Health & Safety Policies/SOPs including but not limited to the Safety Responsibilities Procedure r
    • Will comply with Good Manufacturing Practices in all GMP sensitive areas of Jamieson Laboratories Ltd. facilities
    • Other duties and projects as deemed necessary

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

    • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service and able to communicate and relate well with the public
    • Superior communication skills and bilingual (English/French)
    • Background in a science-related field (i.e. chemistry, biology, nutritional-sciences) an asset
    • Good problem solving skills
    • Be computer literate and proficient (Microsoft Office)
    • Have the ability to obtain results with minimal supervision
