    Description
    Our client is a leading Canadian manufacturing company.
    Assist in implementation of workflow process improvements within department and across organization
    Work closely with various teams to research, document and analyze business requirements
    Document process improvements, including process redesign, reengineering, and automation.
    Monitor and measure process performance by creating and analysing metrics
    Assist in evaluating existing business processes and identifying issues in business processes by examining process data and metrics
    Assist on special projects/tasks as required

    3+ years of experience in a Process or Project Management capacity
    ~ Experience with Business Analysis, specifically business optimization
    ~ Skilled in process mapping, documentation, data analysis, process improvement, and change management
    ~ Knowledge in either financial or operational analysis
    ~ Project Accounting experience or exposure is an asset (IT and/or Capital Projects)
    ~ Experience and proficiency with PowerBi and Sharepoint is preferred
