    Role Designation:
    Home-Based

    Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire Senior Property Field Claim Specialist to join our team Reporting to the Manager, Property Claims, you will be responsible to handle litigations for Allstate Insurance Company of Canada in the GTA and surrounding area.

    This position will work remotely from a home office.

    Handles all litigation files.

    Prepares a copy of the claim file for the ombudsman in the event of a complaint to the Autorité des Marché Financier ( AMF )

    Assists adjusters in preparing their response to the CHAD in the event of a complaint.

    Analyses requests for ab initio and prepares a report for CHO if the request is justified.

    Is consulted on liability, subrogation, aggravation of risk and coverage issues both in property and automobile claims.

    Handles all small claim court files.
