- Architecture support ranging from individual point solutions to cross-sector provincial systems participating in a connected ecosystem.
- Expert mentoring and support to mature the program's capabilities around engineering of large-scale distributed systems, innovation, and strategic R&D.
- Performing Current State Assessment and Architecture Gap Analysis.
- Enhancing and validating proposed conceptual architecture reference model.
- Developing vision and future state Business Architecture(s).
- Creating an approach and roadmap to transition from current state architecture to planned future state architecture(s).
- Assessing, documenting and communicating benefits, impacts, risks and organizational implications of future state Business Architecture model(s) (e.g. workflows, policies, HR impacts etc.).
- Developing appropriate models, journey maps and other artefacts to support effective communication with all interested parties.
- Participating in pre-set and ad hoc meetings to support timely provision of information related to design decisions, progress, status, issues, risks, and solutions related to project deliverables.
- Leading meetings/facilitating workshops with subject matter experts with the goal of developing and validating current state and target architectures.
- Collaborating with cross-function and multi-disciplinary teams across multiple organizations to complete assigned tasks and deliverables.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Architect, preferably within the healthcare sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Proficiency in conducting Current State Assessments, Architecture Gap Analyses, and crafting Architecture Roadmaps, showcasing a track record of delivering tangible results and driving strategic initiatives forward.
- Expertise in developing vision and future state Business Architectures, with a keen ability to assess, document, and communicate benefits, impacts, risks, and organizational implications of proposed models.
- Strong facilitation and leadership skills, demonstrated through experience leading meetings and workshops with subject matter experts to validate architectures and drive design decisions.
