    About Our Client:
    Our client is a global leader in executive search


    Position Scope:


    The Project Coordinator provides support to the Head of the Practice by managing the progress of multiple projects from start to finish.

    Ideally you are currently working in a professional services and/or executive search firm or are providing administrative support at the senior level of a municipality.

    Manage and craft candidate reports, briefing documents, interview guides and proposals, as well as scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings, preparing and updating client files and search reports.

    Proactively manage multiple projects by tracking information through database and reporting tools using a high degree of analytical skills and attention to detail.

    Strong English language communication skills both written and verbalEducation and Experience:
    University/college graduate with minimum of 3-5 years related administrative experience.
    Administration expertise in supporting senior executives (ideally in a professional services environment) exercising good judgment and a calm demeanor.
