    Description
    As a Business Analys t within our team, you will:

    Utilize business enterprise knowledge to gather insights on organizational direction and goals, making decisions and recommendations aligned with the company's strategy and financial objectives.

    Understand customer business needs and translate them into IT-specific requirements. Develop comprehensive business requirement documentation, evaluate benefits, outline options, and propose solutions.
    Effectively communicate technical and business concepts, ideas, and conclusions both orally and in writing.
    Proficiency with financial ERP systems, particularly Oracle platforms.
    Understanding of Data and BI architectures.
    Passion for technology and advancing automation.
    Knowledge of database structures.
    High interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English.
    Knowledge of agile methods and principles.
    Experience with the Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Microsoft SSMS, Microsoft Excel
