    We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with clients and provide them with personalized insurance solutions to meet their needs.     Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
    • Conduct thorough needs analysis to assess clients' insurance requirements
    • Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options
    • Customize insurance policies to suit clients' specific needs and budget
    • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with claims, policy changes, and inquiries
    • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and insurance regulations
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company goals

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or relevant role
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
    • Proficient in using computer software and systems
    • Must have a valid insurance license
    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
