Position Summary

The Sales Coordinator Intern is responsible for coordinating and executing sales administration tasks, national e-commerce management and setup, along with assigned merchandising projects.

Responsibilities

Completing national retailers' product listing forms

Support and Maintenance for retailer's e-commerce sites

Managing National UPC database GS1

Execute French translations requirements

General administration (ordering/sending samples, customer lab setup, customer excess inventory lists etc.).

Will carry out other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Previous office administration experience or junior experience working with a CPG company or e-tailer is preferred and will take priority

Microsoft office suite knowledge

Detail oriented

Ability to work in a team or independently

Can do attitude

Passion for beauty

Desire to learn and advance

Additional information:

This is a paid full-time internship with a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week. The internship requires the candidate to work remotely from home. However, they could be asked from time to time to support in person events and retailer's lab installation as needed.

Visa Requirements:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
