    About the Position:

    As a Product Implementation Manager at AssistIQ, you will be responsible for deploying our capture software in various surgical suites and procedural areas within hospitals across Canada and the United States. Your role involves learning, leveraging best practices, and supporting the creation of a scalable implementation model to serve our customers effectively.

    We are looking for candidates who thrive in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment. Your main objective is to facilitate the adoption and implementation of our solution by our customers. To succeed, you must handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, anticipate operational risks, and strike a balance between product development and customer priorities while building strong relationships.

    We expect you to interact seamlessly with both clinical teams (e.g., nurses, physicians) and administrative stakeholders (e.g., finance, procurement). Essential skills for this role include teamwork, professionalism, confidentiality, project management, software product understanding, and effective communication.

    Due to the ever-changing nature of startup life, the Product Implementation Manager role remains dynamic, with evolving priorities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and carry out product implementation at customer sites from discovery to live deployment, including:
      • Conducting on-site customer discovery meetings and product demos to grasp customer needs and opportunities.
      • Identifying product gaps, customer and internal risks related to product implementation.
      • Collaborating with the Product team to define customer requirements.
      • Delivering on-site training for end users and ensuring user acceptance.
      • Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with end users and effectively engaging key stakeholders, including on-site clinical teams, IT, managers, supply chain/logistics, and administration.
      • Ensuring a seamless transition to the customer success team post go-live.
      • Providing internal and external visibility into implementation progress and milestones through reporting and stakeholder meetings.
      • Performing user acceptance testing post go-live with end users and providing product feedback for enhancements.
    • Constantly enhance implementation processes, including:
      • Developing training materials for superusers and other clinical teams, as needed, aiming for standardization and scalability.
      • Fine-tuning the implementation playbook and processes based on customer feedback.
    • Drive product enhancements and expansion opportunities as the primary point of contact:
      • Collaborating with the product team to enhance the product post go-live by collecting and delivering product feedback and understanding the strategic implications of any requested features across the entire customer base.
      • Partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to strategize on future deployment and expansion opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English
    • Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude, prioritization skills, and project management capabilities
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills
    • Comfortable working in a medical environment, including operating rooms, cath labs, and procedure rooms. Healthcare background is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Ability to synthesize information, think on your feet, and drive changes
    • Excellent communication (verbal, presentation, and written) and time management abilities
    • Up to 50% travel may be necessary
