    They are looking for a Finance Manager who will be focusing on the consolidated internal management reporting deliverables.

    Full ownership of internal management reporting cycle (monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc internal reporting packages).
    Develop and distribute monthly and quarterly internal management reporting packages to the executive leadership and board of directors.

    Drive continuous improvement in the quality of the various financial packages in collaboration with senior Finance staff, leadership team, and key stakeholders, with a lens on clarity, conciseness and consistency.

    In analyzing operating results, highlight areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
    Evaluate profitability of business units, products, and customers to identify actions to improve overall business results.
    Develop, implement, monitor, and report on key business performance indicators.
    Monthly variance analysis to plan, forecast and prior year.
    Occasionally mentor and coach accounting and finance personnel.

    The role is of high visibility with senior leadership and the executive team and requires demonstrating critical thinking and collaboration skills.

    MBA or CPA designation
    Minimum of 5-7 years of finance experience with internal management reporting role and analysis
    Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to present to senior leadership
