    Job Description

    • Provide quality and timely repairs and maintenance to primarily brass musical instruments specifically for our rental fleet
    • Inspect musical instruments to determine the requirement for repair
    • Repair or replace defective or worn out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools
    • Maintain accurate and detailed computer records of all active repairs
    • Maintain a clean and organized workplace

    Job Requirements

    • Previous experience and training in the repair of musical instruments is an asset*
    • Completion of college or other courses relevant to musical instruments repair is an asset*
    • Ability to play both slide and valve brass instruments is required
    • Secondary School education is required
    • Proven strong work ethic and commitment
    • Ability to take initiative and work independently
    • Positive attitude and steady composure
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

    Candidates lacking in formal training or previous experience will be considered for the Apprenticeship Program
