Director of Cannabis Delivery - The FIKA CompanyWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Cannabis Delivery for our enterprise Delivery division.
As the Director of Cannabis Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of our delivery operations across Canada within our cannabis banner portfolio, as well as working with internal business partners to create a best-in-class customer experience to enable and deliver cannabis to all Canadians.
Strong knowledge of delivery operations, logistics, supply chain management, and marketing strategies.Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement the overall delivery and marketing strategies for our e-commerce platform and delivery department, aligning them with the company's business goals and objectives.
This includes setting delivery and marketing goals, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and establishing delivery service level agreements (SLAs) and marketing targets.
Operations Management:
Manage all aspects of the delivery department, including staffing, training, and performance management.
Ensure efficient and effective delivery operations, optimizing routes, and coordinating with various stakeholders to meet customer expectations and delivery timelines.
Fleet Management:
Oversee the management and maintenance of the delivery fleet, ensuring optimal utilization, compliance with regulations, and safety standards. Monitor fleet performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize fleet size, composition, and routing.
Vendor Management:
Collaborate with third-party delivery partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration and coordination of delivery services. Establish strong relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure quality and adherence to service level agreements.
Customer Experience:
Maintain a customer-centric approach in delivery operations, ensuring exceptional delivery experiences for our customers. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, resolve delivery-related issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics tools and systems to track delivery and marketing performance, identify trends, and generate insights. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain management, or a related field.
