    Description

    OLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

    • Manage all aspects of a campaign by providing outstanding client services
    • Actively participate in clients' planning processes and successfully assume a facilitator's role when required
    • Create and nurture a strong relationship with various client stakeholders and their other AORs
    • Ensure all team members have delegated work appropriately, and they remain challenged and engaged
    • Proactively keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with the team

    REQUIREMENTS -

    • At least 3+ years of ad agency experience in an account management role
    • Passionate about advertising; an eye for details
    • Great relationship and communication skills
    • Understanding of the Canadian marketing industry
