- Point of contact and "go to" resource for sales teams pre-quote and post-sales support. Provide strategy and content input for Request for Proposals.
- Supporting sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, instruments, tools and organizational skills to support them in maximizing our business and opportunities.
- Increase the expertise and motivation of the Service Account Managers by providing relevant and up-to-date information about the products and competition.
- Obtaining market insights from the field, detect business opportunities, and support the SAM's in chasing sales opportunities.
- Facilitate communication to leadership about the market requirements and developments within Canada.
- Help lead the creation of the Marketing and Sales Strategic Plans. Creates localized assets and content for the Service Account Managers. Lead all new product introductions to the Canadian market.
- Capture, assess and act on win/loss analysis.
- Drives continuous improvements applying LEAN.
- Bachelors Degree or Relevant Experience
- Experience with Marketing and Sales Support and/or direct sales
- Commitment to a "Customer First" attitude with outstanding customer service
- Strong understanding of Salesforce
- Polished oral and written skills as well as the ability to present

In this role you will bring your expertise to help the Service Account Managers develop and utilize strategic value selling of the service solutions, provide technical support & presentations and bring appropriate field resources together to solve any implementation issues with a "Customer First" approach. You will bring market insights back to the business to ensure feedback is being incorporated into the overall business strategy.

The pay range for this position is $96,000 to $151,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
