Business Development Representative

GTA

Reporting to the Eastern Canadian Business Development Manager, the Business Development Representative will play a critical role in the development and advancement of product solutions.

What You Will Need for Success as Business Development Representative

Experience developing and growing new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with key stakeholders with owners and engineering.

We're looking for a self-starter who enjoys working in an autonomous leadership role while being a member of a team of highly skilled colleagues.

An important aspect of this opportunity will be raising awareness of the product's full range of solutions and to create change. This will involve a deep understanding of the construction community.

You will need to maintain a sound knowledge base across the product's full scope of market solutions and services.

You will need to maintain close contact with all stakeholders to create, convert and sustain engineering standards to the product.

As part of our successful sales team, you'll be responsible for growing our business by meeting set targets and goals.

Development and execution of small group councils to include highest levels of owners, engineers and product executives.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Extensive relevant experience within the construction and engineering fields;

Proven sales track record, including account management, achieving targets and complex sales driven at the owner and engineering levels;

Strong Engineering skills in writing and developing design specifications;

Excellent communication skills; Professional demeanor and appearance; Travel as required;

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or BCOM

Master's degree in Mechanical or Construction Management or MBA will be considered a plus.

Salary: $100 – 120k (based on experience)+ (car, uncapped commission&bonus)
