    Description

    Senior CRM Developer

    Job Responsibilities:

    • As a Senior CRM Developer, you'll be tasked with translating technical systems specifications into functional, tested applications. This involves:
    • Creating detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code
    • Developing data-driven programs,
    • Conducting unit tests and maintenance
    • Resolving technical issues that may occur during the use of software packages, providing technical support in implementation, conversion, and migrations

    Must Haves:

    • Minimum 5 years of development experience using IBM BPM and Apex Coaches
    • Familiarity with IBM Business Automation Workflow
    • Experience in integrating BPM applications with web services in a corporate service business structure
    • Skills in troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a production environment
    • Proficiency in Web design and development, including HTML, AJAX, CSS; JDBC/SQL
    • Experience in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005

    Nice to Have:

    • Prior experience in the Public Sector is beneficial

    Evaluation Criteria:

    • IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) Development Experience - 45%
    • Minimum 5 years of development experience using IBM BPM and Apex Coaches
    • Familiarity with IBM Business Automation Workflow
    • Experience in integrating AngularJS and IBM BPM
    • Skills in interfacing with relational databases using Java
    • Experience in integrating BPM applications with web services in a corporate service business structure
    • Technical Skills - 35%
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a production environment
    • Experience with Oracle Designer 10g and 11g
    • Skills in Web design and development, including HTML, AJAX, CSS; JDBC/SQL
    • Working knowledge of JSP
    • Testing and Integration Experience - 10%
    • Experience in integrating IBM BPM with web services in a corporate service business structure
    • Proficiency in automated testing tools
    • Experience with IBM AppScan Rational Quality Manager Rational Performance Tester
    • Compliance Experience - 5%
    • Skills in developing system components compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005
    • Public Sector Experience - 5%
    • Experience with the MOE Modernization of Approvals platform, or similar
    • Knowledge of SOA-based Public Sector modernization initiatives is advantageous

    Note:

    • Hybrid Role- 3 days per week on-site required
