    Description

    Manage the day to day site operations for the project in conjunction with the General Super and Assistant Super Maintain a high level of health and safety practices on site at all times Coordinate, manage and schedule all sub-trades for the project Report project progress to key internal and external stakeholders All other duties as required MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.


    MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled and all other qualified applicants The ideal candidate will possess the following: 10+ years of experience working with established high rise CM firms and developer/builders in the Toronto market Experience overseeing multiple full cycle Condominium new build projects in the Toronto market valued between $50M and $150M in scope, at least 1-2 full cycle builds Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing building envelope construction Post secondary college or university education, related to engineering or construction GSC designation is an asset Strong organizational, leadership and technical software skills Our client is an established Developer / Builder, dedicated to new build Condominium construction projects across the GTA, and South Western ON.
