    Description

    Job Description

    The Assistant Maintenance Manager is responsible for assisting in the direct managerial oversight of the Maintenance team.
    • Act as a training and quality control resource to ensure proper workflow for all rehab, turn, and maintenance resources
    • Quality control inspection of all field work performed by in-house maintenance technicians
    • Manage all vendors to ensure available quality vendors for Rehab/ Turn/and Maintenance processes
    • Provide a scope validation check for larger, more in-depth renovation projects
    • Assist with the implementation of corporate processes, training, and enforcement of policy

    Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of Razor Sync or other project management software
    • Takes ownership of work product and ensures delivery within tight deadlines
    • Proficiency with MS Office with a focus on Excel
    • Prior Property Management experience required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
    • Ability to use mobile devices
    • Basic accounting and math skills
    • Knowledge of Yardi preferred

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Must be OK with parking in a parking garage near property or taking public transit as there is no parking at the property
    • High school diploma, BA preferred
    • Demonstrated attention to detail
    • Basic financial acumen
    • Excellent Communicator, both verbal and written
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines
