    Job Description

    Job Title: Staff Accountant /AR

    Location: Ontario, CA

    Pay Rate: $26 -$32/hr. + Benefits

    Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm (40 hrs. Onsite 100%)

    Duties:

    Will assist the Accounting Manager with Accounting duties heavy A/R: order processing and billing. Process invoice, make sure the payment is up to date.

    The position is to review and process customers' purchase orders, arrange logistics, billing services, monitor and update inventory.

    Review and process customer's purchase orders

    Arrange logistic services and keep records of freight rate quotes

    Provide order tracking information and related shipping documents to customers

    Communication and coordination with account managers

    Monitor and keep inventory up to date

    Invoicing and tracking past dues

    Reconcile digital and physical inventory

    File claims with logistic providers for lost and damaged shipments

    Responsibilities may include additional assigned tasks

    Requirements:

    A/R Billing and Collections experience

    Accounting Degree - required

    Proficiency in Excel

    QuickBooks is a plus

    Proficiency in English; excellent reading and business communication skills

    Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not required
