We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional to help us achieve our ambitious mission to reach twice as many patients twice as fast. As a Lead, you will be responsible to drive maximum value for a portfolio of brands throughout its lifecycle.The role reports directly into the Head-In market brands and you will work closely a cross-functional team.Permanent position

About the Role Key Responsibilities:

Lead key strategies for a portfolio of brands to drive maximum performance throughout its lifecycle.

Support with timely marketing input and implement tactical plans in order to maximize the value of the portfolio including non-traditional go to market models

Analyse market dynamics and provide recommendations

Liaise with Regional and Global teams on lifecycle management learnings to maximize opportunities.

Explore unique market segments and develop capability pool

Harmonize all current resources in line with current strategy

Be the key point of contact for the cross functional team

Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of pharmaceutical experience, with an excellent track record for driving performance

Superior Business Acumen / Strategic Thinking and Planning

Experience crafting innovative go to market models to drive customer experience

Agile with strong leadership, collaboration, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Initiative, self-motivation and superior organizational and time management skills
