    Accounting Billing Specialist

    Location:
    Ottawa, ON - Full-time, Onsite

As part of our expansion, we are looking to strengthen our finance team with a skilled Accounting Billing Specialist.
    The Accounting Billing Specialist will manage various financial and accounting tasks, initially focusing on accounts payable. The role offers growth potential, allowing the right candidate to advance into handling more complex billing processes.
    Initial Focus - Efficiently manage accounts payable tasks
    Billing Processes - Transition to handle billing operations, including generating and issuing invoices based on service agreements and contractual obligations
    Process Improvement - Collaborate with the finance team to streamline and improve billing and accounting processes
    Experience - 2-4 years of experience in accounting or billing, preferably in a technology or service-driven business
    Education - Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
    Technical Skills - Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential. Career Growth - Potential for advancement based on performance and company needs
