- Assist customers in placing orders, missing orders and promotions issues
- Answer incoming calls regarding order status
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Basic troubleshooting of customer accounts
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS office tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- 1 year experience in a customer service role preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule between 11 am and 10pm
- Bilingual is an asset ($25 per hour for Bilingual representatives)
- Competitive starting salary of $22 per hour (English) and $25 per hour (Bilingual)
- 40 hours a week with the option to work overtime
- Consistent schedules with 2 consecutive days off (1 day on the weekend)
