    Senior Business Analyst, SAP/SuccessFactors

    Our HR Digital project is looking for candidates to join our HR – Business Analysis and System Support (BASS) team till 2024. With a focus on modernizing SAP HCM, this role offers a chance to work on cutting-edge technologies and drive impactful projects alongside top-notch tech partners. Collaborate with senior managers and a team of analysts dedicated to enhancing our SAP & HR systems.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Investigate system issues and provide solutions/fixes
    • Collaborate with external partners on solution design and deployment
    • Analyze complex business processes and gather user requirements
    • Support changes in business processes and enhance service delivery
    • Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate design sessions with end users
    • Recommend changes to processes/systems for better service delivery
    • Lead release management activities and coordinate deployments
    • Collaborate with other departments and suppliers on strategic projects
    • Assist in cross-training activities

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP
    • Experience with platforms like ServiceNow, SAP WorkZone, etc.
    • Understanding of HR business processes and system support
    • Ability to lead small projects and collaborate effectively
    • Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to set priorities

    Nice to Have

    • SAP SuccessFactors training/certification
    • IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional designation

    Your Education & Experience

    This role requires a post-secondary degree in IT, project management, or business analysis with at least six years of ERP experience in an HR environment. Bilingual fluency in English and French at a functional level is essential.

    • Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
    • Security clearance: Eligible to obtain Secret
    • No relocation assistance provided
    • Hybrid work model with a minimum on-site requirement
