- Etablir desprocédures d'installations/utilisations
- Tester etrecetter les solutions informatiques du groupe
- Administreret maintenir l'infrastructure générale système et réseaux (postes de travail etserveurs sous Windows et Hyper-V)
- Mettre enproduction des nouvelles ressources informatiques (installation, paramétrage,configuration des équipements informatiques et logiciels)
- Gérer lesincidents du parc informatique Windows/MacOs (analyse et compréhension del'origine du dysfonctionnement, résolution)
- Former lesutilisateurs sur l'utilisation et les bonnes pratiques des outils informatiques
- Assisterl'usage des logiciels financiers tel que Cegid XRP (Ancien Qualiac)
- Gérer l'usagede la suite Office 365 incluant les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, OneNote),la messagerie (Outlook) ou les outils collaboratifs (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint)
- Maintenir lesprotocoles de sécurité informatique des postes de travail et du réseau
- Gérer desinfrastructures connexes au parc informatique (téléphonie, imprimantes,composants des PC...)
- Choisir leséquipements et logiciels locaux - Négociation fournisseurs locaux
- Veiller à la cohérenceet l'évolution des systèmes d'information locaux
- Participer àl'élaboration du budget, gérer les moyens financiers, techniques et humains.
- Anticiper lescharges et les coûts des solutions étudiée
- Être supportsur les projets informatiques métiers :
- Participer au bon déroulement de chaqueprojet informatique métier dans le pays, depuis la phase de conception jusqu'audéploiement et au transfert de responsabilité aux équipes métiers
- Coordonner les différentes actions entre leséquipes projet locales et les équipes support du siège
- Participeraux projets de déploiement de solution groupe (antivirus, outils collaboratifs,protocoles de sécurité, outils internes...)
- Veiller au respect de la stratégie Groupe
- En réseaux(protocole, routage, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi...)
- En sécuritéinformatique (pare-feu, contrôle d'accès...)
- En stockage(SAN, NAS, réplication)
- Envirtualisation HYPER-V
- En annuaireActive Directory/LDAP
- Connaissancesen virtualisation Cloud (Azure et AWS) et en base de données (Oracle, SQLServer) constituent un plus.
- Connaissancedes logiciels financiers CEGID XRP Ultimate (Ancien Qualiac)
- Connaissancesen développement de requêtes SQL Server et PowerShell
- Vousêtes capable de communiquer en anglais (à l'écrit et à l'oral).
