    Join the most prestigious network of clinics specializing in medico-aesthetic care in Canada We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist in Media and Data Analytics to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of media strategy and analytics.

    This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data manipulation and interpretation, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights to drive business objectives.

    Develop and implement media strategies across various channels including digital, social, print, and broadcast to maximize reach and engagement.

    Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to analyze media performance metrics such as impressions, click-through rates, conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), customer lifetime value.

    Implement marketing automation solutions to streamline media campaign management, audience segmentation, and targeting. Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards business objectives. Conduct trend analysis and leverage AI tools to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in media strategies.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, advertising, and creative departments to ensure alignment of media strategies with overall business goals.

    Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to optimize media campaigns and drive continuous improvement. Stay updated on the latest developments in data privacy regulations and ensure compliance in all media and data-related activities. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

    Minimum of 8 years of experience in media planning, buying, and analytics, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.

    Bilingual, French and English Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience integrating AI tools and machine learning algorithms into media analytics processes is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of driving results through data-driven media strategies and optimizations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
