    Supervise contractors to ensure projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
    Coordinate with subcontractors for timely and quality completion of finishing works
    Conduct inspections to ensure finishing quality meets standards
    Review drawings and submittals for compliance with project specifications
    Compile and submit project closeout documents, including O&M manuals and warranties
    Halt work if safety or quality concerns arise
    Ensure site compliance with the Health & Safety Plan
    Monitor on-site operations for quality compliance and address issues
    Communicate effectively with the project team to resolve design discrepancies
    Post-secondary degree or diploma in a construction-related field
    Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in stack townhouse or mid-rise/high-rise residential construction
    Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
    Proficiency in blueprint reading and Microsoft Project software
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite

    Job Types:
    Full-time,

    Permanent Salary:
    $100,000 – $150,000 per year, with additional benefits
