    Administrative Assistant Position at a Growing Company

    • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
    • Key Responsibilities

    • Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and events
    • Train and support colleagues
    • Establish and manage office procedures
    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
    • Handle phone calls and electronic inquiries
    • Compile and analyze data and prepare reports
    • Provide administrative support to senior management
    • Manage inventory and order office supplies
    • Welcome visitors and assist with directions
    • Set up and maintain filing systems
    • Prepare and review documents and correspondence
    • Assist with research projects
    • Enter and update information in databases
    • Deliver excellent customer service
    • Handle basic bookkeeping duties
    • Oversee daily operations efficiently
