    Chargé Ressources Humaines et Office management H/F - Saskatoon, SK, Canada - Starboard Recruitment

    Description
    Starboard Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is searching for an experienced HR Manager based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.

    Our client is a leading mining company in the uranium mining space, their current project is set to be one of the most productive uranium mines in the world.

    Reporting to the VP, Human Resources , the HR Manager will ensure the successful delivery of core HR functions, including recruitment and retention, performance management, people development, HR policies and procedures, and compensation & benefits.

    Support strategichumanresourcesinitiatives through collaboration, development, implementation, and maintenance of these initiatives.
    Champion company processes by implementing and advising on company policies, procedures, and programs.
    Manage all aspects of the employment life cycle and facilitate employment changes from onboarding to offboarding.
    Lead processes for performance reviews, development planning, identifying high-potential talent, and succession planning.
    Manage the employee intranet.
    Communicate a strong employer brand that fosters the attraction and retention of qualified employees.
    Partner and collaborate with theDirector, Training and Employment Readiness andManager, Regional Development and Employment Readiness.
    Advise on compensation and incentive decisions by analyzing role, performance, market, and internal structure. University Degree inHumanResourcesor related field as required.
    ~10+ years ofHRgeneralist experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the mining industry.
    ~ Experience within the energy, mining, engineering, or heavy industry sectors would be desirable.
    ~ Proven track record of developing and implementing policies and programs to support organizational growth.
    ~ Proficient computer skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Visio) and the ability to learn new software.

    Takes a proactive approach to building relationships by actively participating as a prepared team member, demonstrating flexibility and respect for different work styles.

    Work Management

    Plans, manages, and follows through to ensure the flow and timely completion of activities to deliver successful work results.

    Maintains quality and safety standards to ensure Company's Elite Standards are met across all work streams.
    Uses creative, conceptual, and/or inductive reasoning.
