    We are looking for a Strategic Alliances (Procurement) Intern join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

    As the Strategic Alliances (Procurement) Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of procurement and supply chain management. You will work closely with seasoned professionals, assisting in various procurement activities and contributing to the success of our organization

    Duration: ~End of May 2024- ~End of Aug 2024

    A Day in the Life

    • Contract administration: Aid in contract administration tasks such as reviewing contracts and deriving meta data for contract systems, drafting contracts, reviewing terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
    • Data Analysis: Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify key performance indicators and support decision-making processes within the procurement department.
    • Supplier assessments: Assist in identifying potential suppliers, conducting supplier evaluations, and maintaining supplier data in multiple applications or documents.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze market trends, and gather information on potential vendors and products.
    • Procurement Process: Support the procurement team in executing the end-to-end procurement process, purchase order creation and invoice management.

    Requirements

    • Must be currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office products, must be adept at learning new systems
