    As a Analyst, Underwriting Documentation, you will be accountable for making decisions about the readiness of Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) lending documents from a financial analysis and policy compliance perspective.

    You can effectively perform all work activities remotely, and will only be required to be on-site on an occasional basis.

    Analysis – Analyze unstructured financial information to ensure it meets CIBC lending policy requirements and supports a holistic credit decision and route applications for next stage of adjudication.

    You have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Your critical thinking skills help to inform your decision making.
