- Ensure efficient office management covering organization, document handling, supplies restocking, guest reception, and courier coordination
- Schedule meetings between managers and clients
- Manage travel arrangements for staff, including flight and accommodation bookings
- Oversight of social media, marketing, and employer branding efforts
- Track project progress and resources utilizing software tools and team input
- Assist the accounting team with expense reports and other tasks as required
- Plan and coordinate staff meetings, training sessions, and branch-level events
- Support management in new hire onboarding activities
- Coordinate group benefits for new employees
- Promote a positive and safe workplace culture
- Handle additional administrative duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles
- Experience with Acumatica software is a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management abilities
- Demonstrates ownership and proactiveness in task completion
- Comfortable with technology and keen on learning about databases and IT
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to interact confidently with individuals across all organizational levels
