WILD BILL 2 SPUDS on BritBox This 1s a pretty solid cop show about a transplant ed American police chief, who ends up In a town in Lincolnshire, England This series only got enough support to make one season worth of episodes And watching the first two | could see how that would happen But having said that | thought the episodes | did see were interesting and had good storylines Rob Lowe 1s actually a talented enough actor to pull off roles where he might be too good look Ing to be credible in the part Not exactly sure how he ended up over in England playing a stats-driven police chief in a small township, but he must have wanted to do it badly enough to sink some of his own bucks into it, as be 1s also histed as the exective producer Long and short of it 1s that it’s not great but not awful But it 1s another reason to try BritBox CHRON TCLES RATING SYSTEM NO SPUD 4U -- SUCKS 1SPUD -- NOTHING SPECIAL 2'SPUDS -- WORTH WATCHING 3 SPUDS -- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Copynght 2022, MurMarketing.
