In The Shadow Of The Moon (Netflix) (1 out of 2 Spuds) I started watching this thinking it was some sort of limited series. As it turned out it was a movie, and just a so so one at that. But since I'm working on movie scripts these days, | thought I would watch it anyway. In short, it's the story of a Philadelphia cop who becomes obsessed with a young woman who is murdering people. Turns out she’s actually from the future, and has come back to kill very specific peo- ple who, if they aren’t killed will lead to the world becoming totally fucked up at some point in the future. She can only come back for a short time once every nine years, because that time travel stuff really takes it out of you I guess. This is a dark little film. It's well done enough and there's a bit of a kicker at the end so it's wasn;t a total bust. But I've seen much better movies from the Netflix stable.
