WTF I'm sitting here in a state of almost total confusion. The Russian president has declared the two east- ernmost provinces of the Ukraine as independent states and moved his army into them under the guise of being a peacekeeping force. This is an obscenity borne out of complete arrogance. But what's even worse is that right wing politicians in the United States have actually praised this action. It's like these so called Republicans are now all competing to see who can sound the most anti-American without getting indicted for treason. It's all in aid of making the current government look weak. But what it's really doing is making them all look insane. Who in their right mind would actually applaud the moves that Russia is making to invade a country that has shown no aggression towards them? | can understand Russia, because Putin is an confirmed megalomaniac and the whole world knows it. But Americans siding with him to gain political ground?..that’s just so far off the sanity scale that | can’t even see it. | imagine that there are a lot of sane Americans who are thinking the same thing.
