RECOVERY UPDATE

| am now able to walk back and forth
across the pool unaided 50 times. It
really whacks me out but in a good way.

Cut back to 20 lengths swimming.
My shoulder is almost healed and
| don't want to mess it up.

Got a new physio guy at Brock (Sam)
who is gonna help me work on my
stamina and balance. So hopefully that
can change things for the better.

Over the winter | want to get more into
using the walker around the house and
sitting in different places. All doable
because my leg strength is so good.

Allin all I'm convinced that once | retrain
my body to improve my balance | should
be in good shape. Aiming to get my ass
on a three-wheeled bike by the spring.

Do. Or Do Not. There Is No Try

A Sure Sign Of Spring

Jim Murray · Went outside this morning to do my walking and noticed that this was on my mailbox. These birds must have worked all night on this. Hope they got paid overtime. We think they're Robins. I carefully moved the nest to another location.
