MY FIRST FREE STEPS

Heather and | went to our Brock
exercise class today.

I did 20 minutes on the Nu-Step for cardio.
Then they hooked up a set of bars so | could
practise my standing and stepping.

After | finished and was waiting for Heather,
I went back to the bars and stood up, then | let
go and tried to take a step. Then | took two.
Then three. Then four.

I did this sequence about 6 times.
Nothing spectacular, but it was walking and
it was the beginning of the real hard core part

of this road I'm on.

Four free steps today...who knows what’s next.

Great to hear.

As might have been said on Star Trek “Its walking Jim, but not as we know it”

Keep practicing.
